I mean I’m not sure what type of protection I was expecting, but probably more than they pants gave, quite a cheap synthetic feel to the fabric and it’s a light foam that is the padding so once you hit the deck, you feel it.
Zipper on shirt failed after 3 uses, material stains easily. Pretty disappointed overall as the gear is not cheap.
So simple to setup and looks brilliant. Have bought this for my kids for Christmas and I don’t know if I have it in me to wait that long before cracking it open
Socks were very small compared to the size I have already and shorts were a little tight around the hips but okay enough
